炼焦煤与焦炭间硫转化关系的研究王慧 1曹素梅2 史世庄1 史媛1万洋1（1.武汉科技大学 ， 武汉430081；2.武钢 焦化公司 ， 武 汉430082）摘要 ： 取 武 钢 炼 焦 生 产 用 煤 56 种 ， 进 行实 验 室 坩 埚 炼 焦 实 验 ， 研 究 煤 与 焦 炭 间 硫 的 转 化 关 系 ， 以 降 低 焦 炭 的 硫分 并 合 理 用 煤 。 研 究 结 果 表 明 ， 对 于 单 种 炼 焦 煤 ， 煤 焦 间 硫 的 转 化 率 （ΔS） 随 挥 发 分（V d） 的 增 加 而 降 低 ， 且 有较 好 的 相 关 性 ； 焦炭硫分与炼焦煤硫分的 比 例 系 数（ΔS/K） 也 随 挥 发 分（Vd） 的 增 加 而 降 低 。 不 管 是 单 种 炼 焦 煤还 是 其 配 合 煤 ， 其 焦 炭 的 硫 分 均 随 炼 焦 煤 硫 分 的 增 加 而 增 加 ， 且 有 很 好 的 相 关 性 。关 键 词 ： 炼 焦 煤焦 炭硫 的 转 化 率硫 分挥 发 分中 图 分 类 号 ： TQ533文 献 标 识 码 ： A文 章 编 号 ： 1001-3709 （2011） 02-0007-04Study on sulfur conversion relationship betweencoal for cokemaking and cokeWang Hui1 Cao Sumei2Shi Shizhuang1 Shi Yuan1 Wan Yang1(1.
