职业院校技能竞赛与专业教学契合度模型构建与研究分析

职业院校技能竞赛与专业教学契合度模型构建与研究基金项目 ：2014 年福建省中青年教师教育科研项目（社科A 类）——探索中等职业学校电类专业学生技能竞赛促进专业教学的路径和方法（编号：JAS14496）摘要： 技能竞赛已经成为职业院校的新常态，常态的技能竞赛与常规的专业教学契合程度如何？通过对福建地区的9 所中职学校的问卷调查以及对2010 年至 2014 年近 4 年来技能竞赛赛事的统计分析，构建了技能竞赛 - 专业教学动态契合模型，据此模型客观的评价了目前技能竞赛与专业教学的契合程度，为技能竞赛和专业教学今后的改革提供依据。关键字： 技能竞赛专业教学契合度教学改革Research on Skills Competition and Professional Teaching Fit Models Abstract：Skills competition has become the new normal in vocational colleges, But what is relationship between the normal skill competition and conventional professional teaching? Based on the questionnaire survey of 9 secondary vocational schools in Fujian and the statistical analysis of the skills competition events from 2014 till 2010, the dynamic fit model of the skills competition and professional teaching was constructed. According to this model, the fit degree of the skills competition and the professional teaching is evaluated objectively, and the basis for the future reform of the skills competition and professional teaching is provided.
