下载后可任意编辑云南省多式联运进展障碍及策略讨论云南省多式联运进展障碍及策略讨论 单喆煜 摘要：分析云南省多式联运进展现状，指出云南省具备进展多式联运的有利条件，但存在多式联运通道集疏运衔接功能不完善、港口型多式联运枢纽服务能力不足、运输方式间比较优化未充分发挥、多式联运组织运营效率低、装备信息化智能化水平低、认识不到位的问题。从完善运输通道建设、改善枢纽场站服务功能、提升设备标准化水平、构建联运信息网络、加大财政补贴或税收减免、进行服务模式创新几个方面提出了对多式联运进展的建议。 Abstract： This paper discusses the development of multimodal transport in Yunnan Province， and points out that Yunnan Province has favorable conditions for the development of multimodal transport. This paper points out the following problems in the development of multimodal transport in Yunnan Province ： first ， the connection function of multimodal transport channel is not perfect;second ， the service capacity of port type multimodal transport hub is insufficient;third ， the comparative optimization of modes of transportation has not been fully developed;fourth ， the operation efficiency of multimodal transport organizations is low; fifth， the level of equipment informatization and intelligence is low;sixth ， the understanding of multimodal transport is not accurate.
