下载后可任意编辑发达国家高校讨论生教育质量管理讨论与借鉴发达国家高校讨论生教育质量管理讨论与借鉴 赵世强 【摘 要】讨论生质量管理包括很多方面，如招生、管理、老师队伍以及学士论文的讨论等，同时对于学生的自我评价和老师的评价也是必不可少的内容。随着教育事业的不断进展和各国一体化进程的加快，一些西方发达国家的讨论生教育和管理的理念融入中国，并对我国的讨论生教育起到很有效的促进作用。论文首先介绍了讨论生教育质量管理的内涵和西方国家讨论生教育质量管理的特色，然后又对西方国家讨论生教育质量管理的启示和借鉴展开讨论，并提出个人见解。 【关键词】发达国家;高校;讨论生;质量管理 【 Abstract 】 Postgraduate quality management includes many aspects ， such as enrollment ， management ， faculty ， and the research of bachelor"s thesis， etc. Meanwhile， it is also essential for students" self-evaluation and teachers" evaluation. With the continuous development of education and the acceleration of the integration process of various countries， the ideas of postgraduate education and management in some western developed countries have been integrated into China， which have played a very effective role in promoting the postgraduate education in China.
