精品文档---下载后可任意编辑摘要由于数字电子技术的迅速进展,尤其是数字计算和信号处理技术在医疗成像、仪器仪表、通讯等领域的广泛应用,用数字电路处理模拟信号的情况日益普遍。所以模拟信号数字化是信息技术的进展趋势,而 A/D 转换器在其中扮演着重要角色。本文第一章首先简要分析了目前 A/D 转换器类型,介绍了并行、逐次逼近型和积分型,并着重介绍了逐次逼近型 ADC。在第二章以 ADC0804 为基点,详细介绍其内部构造,如何完成转换过程。第三章介绍了介绍 ADC 的参数和 ADC 的测试过程以及以 ADC0804 的数据手册为例说明各参数的测试过程和具体参数值,表明 ADC0804 的适用范围,为文章的主体部分。第四章结合硬件电路板给出测试过程和测试代码,并详细解释。第五章分析了可能产生测量误差的地方,并提出解决办法。第六章做了总结和展望。在本设计中,应用 51 开发板对 ADC0804 进行了性能参数的验证与分析。关键词:逐次逼近模数转换器,分辨率,有效位数,噪声 The Performance Analysis and Research of SAR ADCAbstractWith high-speed development of digital technology,especially the increasing use of digital computing and signal processing technology in applications, such as medical imaging instrumentation and telecommunications,it is becoming common to deal with analog signal with digital circuits.
