AMPs have broad-spectrum activity against bacteria, fungi, viruses and parasites, and their activity is not affected by the development of drug resistance in pathogens.The AMPG gene coding for AMPs is a highly conserved gene and exists in various organisms including insects, mammals, and plants. The diversity of AMPG gene in different species has been studied in detail, however, the functional differences between AMPs of different species and their mechanism of action against pathogens are still not fully understood.In this study, we aimed to analyze the diversity of AMPG gene in different species and investigate the functional differences between AMPs of different species through in silico analysis and functional assays.二、讨论内容1.数据来源从公共数据库 NCBI 收集不同物种 AMPs 的序列信息,并筛选符合条件的 AMPG 基因序列进行多样性分析。2.多样性分析应用多种计算机算法( MEGA, PHYLIP 等)对 AMPG 基因序列进行系统发育分析,比较不同物种 AMPG 基因之间的异同,揭示其进化关系以及主要演化事件。3.结构预测和分析利用生物信息学工具分析 AMPs 序列的二级结构、氨基酸成分和特征序列。结合结构预测结果,分析其生物活性。4.功能分析精品文档---下载后可任意编辑通过体外抗菌筛选和体内药效试验检测各 AMPs 的抑菌作用和体内药效。同时,利用质谱分析等现代分析方法阐明 AMPG 基因在免疫响应中的具体作用。三、预期成果本讨论描述了不同物种 AMPs 的克隆、多样性分析和功能分析,探究其免疫活性与抗菌活性之间的关系,为 AMPs 在临床上的应用和抗菌剂的开发提供一定的依据。
