In recent years, more and more studies have shown that c-Cbl and Cbl-b may play important roles in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer. This paper aims to explore the expression and clinical significance of c-Cbl and Cbl-b in colorectal cancer tissues.Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the basic biological functions of c-Cbl and Cbl-b. Secondly, this paper analyzes the expression of c-Cbl and Cbl-b in colorectal cancer and discusses their relationship with the clinical pathological characteristics of colorectal cancer patients. Finally, this paper summarizes the current research status of c-Cbl and Cbl-b in colorectal cancer, and points out the future research directions and focuses.Keywords: colorectal cancer, c-Cbl, Cbl-b, expression, clinical significance
