Wheelsets are the key components of trains, and their safety directly affects the safety of passengers. Therefore, it is of great significance to research the detection technology and methods of wheelsets. This paper proposes a detection method for wheelsets based on ultrasonic phased array full matrix imaging technology, aiming to improve the efficiency and accuracy of wheelset detection.Firstly, the development background of CRH high-speed trains and the importance of wheelsets are introduced. Then, the principle and characteristics of ultrasonic phased array full matrix imaging technology are elaborated, and its application in wheelset detection is discussed. Next, this paper conducts theoretical analysis and simulation research on ultrasonic phased array full matrix imaging technology to evaluate its effectiveness and feasibility in wheelset detection.
