In order to improve the therapeutic effect of dendritic cells, this study plans to use recombinant adenovirus vectors to modify the CTLA4Ig and integrin α4β7 genes and transfect them into dendritic cells. The modification effect will be determined by flow cytometry and real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR analysis of the transfected cells. The development of this study will lay a foundation for further exploring the therapeutic effect and mechanism of dendritic cells.Keywords: dendritic cells; CTLA4Ig; integrin α4β7; recombinant adenovirus; transfection
