Traditional Chinese medicine has achieved satisfactory results in the treatment of tinnitus. However, the pathogenesis of tinnitus remains unclear, and the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment needs further evaluation. Currently, PET/CT and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) have become important methods for the study and treatment of tinnitus.Objectives:(1) To investigate the pathogenesis of tinnitus using PET/CT technology;(2) To evaluate the clinical efficacy of rTMS combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment for tinnitus.Methodology:(1) PET/CT technology will be used to study the changes in brain activity in patients with tinnitus, and the correlation between brain activity changes and tinnitus will be analyzed.(2) Patients with tinnitus will be randomized to the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group will receive rTMS combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment, while the control group will only receive traditional Chinese medicine treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups will be compared to evaluate the clinical efficacy of rTMS combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment for tinnitus.Expected Results:精品文档---下载后可任意编辑(1) The PET/CT study will provide new insights into the pathogenesis of tinnitus.(2) The clinical efficacy of rTMS combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment for tinnitus will be evaluated, providing a scientific basis for the clinical application of this treatment method. Conclusion:The study is expected to provide a comprehensive understanding of the pathogenesis of tinnitus and evaluate the clinical efficacy of rTMS combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment for tinnitus, which will provide a theoretical basis for the development of new treatment methods for tinnitus.
