精品文档---下载后可任意编辑HAPEEK 梯度复合材料的制备与力学性能讨论中期报告摘要:本中期报告主要介绍了 HAPEEK(高温耐热聚酰亚胺)梯度复合材料的制备方法和力学性能讨论进展。采纳过渡金属离子吸附和两步热处理方法成功制备 HAPEEK 梯度复合材料,其表面硬度不断降低,内部材料力学性能不断提高。通过拉伸和弯曲试验对 HAPEEK 梯度复合材料力学性能进行了讨论,结果表明,梯度复合材料的强度、模量和韧度均有显著提高,但弯曲刚度和断裂伸长率略微下降。此外,还进行了微结构分析和热重分析,结果表明,HAPEEK 梯度复合材料的结晶度和热稳定性均有不同程度的提高。关键词:HAPEEK;梯度复合材料;制备;力学性能;微结构。Abstract:This mid-term report mainly introduces the preparation method and mechanical properties of HAPEEK (high temperature resistant polyimide) gradient composite materials. HAPEEK gradient composite material was successfully prepared by using transition metal ion adsorption and two-step heat treatment method, and its surface hardness was continuously reduced while the mechanical properties of the inner materials were continuously improved. The mechanical properties of HAPEEK gradient composite materials were studied by tensile and bending tests, and the results showed that the strength, modulus and toughness of the gradient composite materials were significantly improved, while the bending stiffness and fracture elongation slightly decreased. In addition, microstructure analysis and thermal analysis were also carried out, and the results showed that the crystallinity and thermal stability of HAPEEK gradient composite materials were improved to varying degrees.Keywords: HAPEEK; gradient composite material; preparation; mechanical properties; microstructure.
