A combined approach of analysis and experimentation was used to conduct theoretical analysis and numerical simulation of K341 seal, and then design a corresponding test system to verify the K341 seal.Firstly, according to the working principle and structural characteristics of K341 seal, the finite element method was used to establish a numerical model of K341 seal and perform mechanical analysis and stress analysis. Through the analysis of the model, important parameters such as maximum stress and deformation of K341 seal were obtained.Secondly, based on the theoretical analysis, the test system of K341 seal was designed, including test equipment, test method, and test plan. During the test, dynamic load test, static load test and durability test were carried out on K341 seal.Finally, the correctness of the theoretical analysis was verified through the analysis and comparison of the test results, and the improvement and optimization of K341 seal were carried out.【Keywords】K341 seal; design analysis; test system research.
