Firstly, the relevant knowledge of the MTBE device catalyst is introduced, including the production process of MTBE, the classification of catalysts and performance indicators, etc. Next, the service life of catalysts and its influencing factors are introduced, including physical properties, chemical properties, operating parameters, etc. In response to the problem of short service life of the MTBE device catalyst, some solutions are proposed, such as increasing the air preheating device, adjusting the reaction temperature, using high-efficiency catalysts, etc. Finally, the service life analysis and countermeasures of the MTBE device catalyst are summarized and prospectively discussed, providing a reference for research in related fields.Keywords: MTBE; catalyst; service life; solutions
