Through literature review and experimental studies, we found that neuropilin-1 and semaphorin 3A are closely related to the development of cervical cancer. Neuropilin-1 is highly expressed in cervical cancer tissues and can promote the proliferation, invasion, and metastasis of cervical cancer cells. Semaphorin 3A can inhibit Neuropilin-1, reduce the adhesion and migration of cervical cancer cells, and thus inhibit the development of cervical cancer.Through the research in this paper, we can have a deeper understanding of the mechanism of Neuropilin-1 and Semaphorin 3A in cervical cancer, which provides important references for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.【Key words】 Neuropilin-1, semaphorin 3A, cervical cancer, development
