The specific research contents include collecting bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell samples, analyzing the expression level of Survivin using RT-qPCR and Western blot, exploring the role of Survivin in the proliferation and apoptosis of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, etc. The results of this study are expected to provide new clues for exploring the biological mechanisms of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and provide scientific evidence for tumor prevention and treatment.Keywords:Survivin; bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells; expression level; proliferation; apoptosis
