Hsf4b is a gene transcription factor involved in the growth and maintenance of eye transparency. This article aims to explore the interaction between UBA52 and Hsf4b and its regulatory mechanism. Firstly, the physical interaction between UBA52 and Hsf4b was verified by protein interaction analysis. Secondly, through immunoblotting, protein stability analysis and fluorescence co-localization microscopy technology, it was found that Hsf4b regulates the expression and function of UBA52 by promoting UBA52 ubiquitinating and degradation. Finally, a mouse model was used to verify the effect of the interaction between UBA52 and Hsf4b on eye transparency and visual fatigue.Keywords: UBA52, Hsf4b, interaction, regulation, eye transparency.
