精品文档---下载后可任意编辑URI 对宫颈癌细胞顺铂耐药性及迁移能力的影响中期报告【摘要】宫颈癌是女性常见恶性肿瘤之一，铂类化疗药物是其治疗的重要手段，但顺铂耐药性严重影响其疗效。本讨论旨在探讨 URI 对宫颈癌细胞顺铂耐药性及迁移能力的影响。初步实验结果表明，URI 可以增加顺铂对宫颈癌细胞的敏感性，同时降低其迁移能力。进一步的讨论将开展对 URI 调节宫颈癌细胞顺铂耐药性和迁移能力的具体机制进行深化探讨。【关键词】宫颈癌；顺铂耐药性；迁移能力；URI【Abstract】Cervical cancer is one of the common malignant tumors of women, and platinum-based chemotherapy drugs are an important treatment for it, but cisplatin resistance seriously affects its efficacy. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of URI on cisplatin resistance and migration ability of cervical cancer cells. Preliminary experimental results showed that URI could increase the sensitivity of cervical cancer cells to cisplatin, while reducing their migration ability. Further research will be conducted to further explore the specific mechanisms of URI regulation of cisplatin resistance and migration ability in cervical cancer cells.【Keywords】cervical cancer; cisplatin resistance; migration ability; URI
