精品文档---下载后可任意编辑ZTS 晶体生长及其改性讨论中期报告摘要:本报告介绍了 ZTS 晶体生长及其改性讨论的中期进展。首先,通过热重分析和差示扫描量热法对原料进行了热分解行为分析,确定了最佳的热解工艺,得到了高质量的 ZTS 晶体种子。其次,通过改变晶体生长过程中的温度梯度和溶液浓度等影响因素,探究了一系列可行的晶体生长条件,成功地制备出了大面积、高纯度、低缺陷的 ZTS 单晶。最后,在晶体表面修饰中引入了一些有机官能团,提高了晶体的物理化学性能。实验结果表明,利用这种方法可以有效地改善晶体的抗氧化、耐腐蚀和光学性能。关键词:ZTS;晶体生长;修饰;热分解Abstract:This report presents the mid-term progress of the research on ZTS crystal growth and modification. Firstly, the thermal decomposition behavior of the raw materials was analyzed by thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry, and the optimal pyrolysis process was determined to obtain high-quality ZTS crystal seeds. Secondly, a series of feasible crystal growth conditions were explored by changing the temperature gradient and solution concentration during the crystal growth process, and large-area, high-purity, and low-defect ZTS single crystals were successfully prepared. Finally, some organic functional groups were introduced in the surface modification of the crystal to improve the physical and chemical properties of the crystal. The experimental results show that this method can effectively improve the antioxidant, corrosion resistance, and optical properties of the crystal.Keywords: ZTS; crystal growth; modification; pyrolysis
