The aim of this study is to prepare PDLLA/β-TCP composite material and evaluate its biological properties.Firstly, PDLLA/β-TCP composite material was prepared by solution blending method, and its structure and properties were characterized by FTIR, TGA and other methods. In vitro cell experiments were used to evaluate the effect of composite material on the proliferation of MG63 human osteosarcoma cells by MTT method, and the changes of cell morphology were observed by fluorescence microscopy. Subsequently, PDLLA/β-TCP composite material was implanted in the muscle tissue of SD rats to observe its biodegradability and tissue reaction.The expected results are to prepare PDLLA/β-TCP composite material with good biological properties, which can 精品文档---下载后可任意编辑promote cell proliferation and tissue regeneration, and has good biodegradability.
