In this paper, we study a non-smooth system with stick-slip motion and explore its bifurcation mechanism. Firstly, we use numerical simulation to study the evolution of the system and draw the phase diagram of the system and its relationship with parameters. Then, we use stability theory to analyze the inherent characteristics and stability of the system, and obtain the bifurcation diagram of the system. Finally, we verify the conclusions of numerical simulation and theoretical analysis through experiments.Keywords: non-smooth system, stick-slip motion, bifurcation mechanism, numerical simulation, stability theory.
