In order to investigate the prevalence and diagnostic methods of the three types of chicken white diarrhea, this study compared the multi-color antigen expression and identification isolation methods of chicken typhoid and chicken Salmonella. The results showed that the expression level of multi-colored antigens was different and suitable for different pathogen identification, while the identification and isolation of chicken Salmonella in the chicken farm can be achieved through different culture and biochemical identification methods.【Keywords】Chicken white diarrhea; Chicken typhoid; Chicken Salmonella; Multi-color antigen; Identification and isolation
