This research will explore the influence of different nutrient solution formulas on the physiological characteristics and quality of green garlic. The experiment will be divided into two parts, the first part is the optimization of nutrient solution formula, and the second part is the influence of nutrient solution formula on the physiological characteristics and quality of green garlic. Three common nutrient solutions will be selected in the experiment: full nutrient solution, half nutrient solution, and self-made nutrient solution.
