In this paper, two endophytic fungi isolated from a mangrove forest were selected, and their secondary metabolites were studied and analyzed using chemical and molecular biology techniques. The initial results showed that the secondary metabolites of these two fungi have strong biological activity and have the potential for medicinal and biological manufacturing. Furthermore, the structures of these metabolites were inferred and confirmed by mass spectrometry analysis and other technologies, and the functions and mechanisms of these metabolites in the interaction between microorganisms and plants were explored. This paper aims to explore the characteristics and applications of secondary metabolites produced by endophytic fungi in mangrove forests, and to provide scientific basis for environmental protection and drug development.Keywords: mangrove, endophytic fungi, secondary metabolites, structure identification, biological activity
