Through the study of the performance appraisal system of CCB A Branch, this report discusses the existing problems and puts forward improvement measures.Firstly, this paper analyzes the performance appraisal system of CCB A Branch, including appraisal indicators, appraisal methods, appraisal process, etc. Secondly, this paper clarifies the problems existing in the performance appraisal system, mainly including incomplete appraisal indicators, unreasonable appraisal methods, and inability to objectively reflect employee performance.
