With the increasing concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, the Earth's climate is gradually warming, which has adverse effects on the ecological environment and living organisms. The aim of this study is to explore the effects of carbon dioxide on the structure and function of biological molecules, and to analyze the modifying and damaging kinetics of proteins and amino acids. Through experimental design, analysis of results, and explanation and discussion, we will explore the mechanisms of protein and amino acid modifying and damaging kinetics in a carbon dioxide biomimetic environment, and provide theoretical basis for the protection of ecological environment and living organisms.【Keywords】: Carbon dioxide biomimetic environment; proteins; amino acids; modifying and damaging kinetics.
