数控编程毕业设计

毕业设计（论文）课 题:复杂箱体配合件的编程与加工仿真类 型：□毕业设计说明书 □毕业论文学生姓名：顾成奎指导老师：丁海萍专 业：机电一体化时 间：2024 年 4 月摘要本设计，我先通过所学 cad 画图软件，将所给课题的零件在 cad 软件中先画出零件的图纸。然后在通过所学、到图书馆和网上查找相关的资料，进析工艺分析。经过工艺分析选取工件毛坯，材料的型号，刀具的确定，切削用量的确定，加工路线的选择，确定机床的选择，以及机床系统的选择，夹具的选择等。经过长时间的工艺分析，我对本课题所要求做的零件有了一个充分的认识。然后我进行了手动编程，通过查找资料还学会了一些不会的编程。最后还通过所学的一款仿真软件 caxa 软件进行仿真，进行认真观察所做的是否是达到了课题的要求，加工的需求。关键词: 工艺分析： 编程： 仿真：caxa 仿真AbstractThe design, I first learned through cad drawing software, given the subject of the first part in a cad software to draw the parts drawings.
