It can cause serious damage to human health, including affecting bone health. This paper studies the impact of lead exposure on bone formation, aiming to explore the toxic mechanism of lead on bones.Firstly, this paper reviews the sources, environmental distribution, and metabolic pathways of lead, and analyzes the bone-related diseases caused by lead exposure. Secondly, this paper summarizes the impact of lead on bone formation, including the effects on bone density, bone mass, bone tissue structure, and bone biomechanical properties. Finally, this paper discusses the toxic mechanism of lead on bone formation, focusing on the impact of lead on osteoblasts, osteoclasts, and the bone matrix.This study is of particular significance for the impact of lead on bone health and can provide relevant information and support from both theory and practice.
