Bismuth is a material with conductivity and magnetism, which can be applied to magnetic storage, sensors, transparent electrodes and other fields. With the discovery of new materials, the application of bismuth-based materials has attracted more and more attention.In this study, bismuth-based oxide thin films will be prepared by sol-gel method. Based on this, the preparation method of bismuth-based alloy thin films will be explored, and their physical properties will be analyzed.By adjusting different parameters, such as solvent concentration, deposition rate, etc., bismuth-based oxide thin films with different properties can be obtained, which have different application scenarios.
