Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the fatigue life of the articulated steering structure.This article will explore the composition structure of the articulated steering system, the causes and classification of fatigue damage, and introduce the concept of fatigue life and influencing factors. By applying finite element analysis method, establishing the mechanical model of the articulated steering system, and verifying it with experimental data, this paper investigates the influencing factors of fatigue life and fatigue life prediction model.The results show that the fatigue life of the articulated steering system is mainly affected by working load, material performance, structural design and other factors. Among them, structural design is the most important factor.
