This study aims to explore the mechanism of Cladonia rangiferina Swollenin in the cellulose hydrolysis process through gene cloning expression and cellulase activity research, providing a theoretical basis for the efficient utilization of biomass.Firstly, the gene sequence of Cladonia rangiferina Swollenin was obtained by PCR technology, and the gene was cloned. Then, the cloned Cladonia rangiferina Swollenin gene was expressed in Escherichia coli and the protein was purified and identified.
