This study aims to explore the emotional factors of high school English learning difficulties and corresponding countermeasures. Through literature review, questionnaire survey, and interviews, the results showed that the emotional factors of high school English learning difficulties mainly include lack of confidence, lack of self-esteem, exam anxiety, study pressure, poor self-regulation ability, etc. In response to these emotional factors, this study proposes corresponding countermeasures, including developing suitable study plans for students, building students' self-confidence, and using emotional regulation strategies. These countermeasures are beneficial to improve students' emotional states and learning effectiveness.Keywords: high school English, learning difficulties, emotional factors, countermeasures.
