In order to protect the right to education of college students, a series of relevant laws and regulations have been enacted both domestically and internationally. However, the legal safeguards for the right to education of college students in China is not yet perfect, and there are still some problems. This paper intends to investigate the current status of the right to education of college students, the existing problems, and the reasons for the problems, and propose corresponding improvement measures.【Keywords】college students, right to education, legal protection, problems, improvement measures【正文】一、讨论背景及意义高校学生是我国未来建设的中坚力量，他们的受教育权不仅是一项基本人权，更是现代大学教育的核心价值之一。我国积极推动高等教育改革，实行普遍义务教育和高等教育统一管理，制定出台了《教育法》等一系列相关法律法规，为高校学生的受教育权提供了一定的保障。然而，实践中发现，目前我国高校学生的受教育权在法律保障方面仍存在诸多问题。例如，学校存在教学质量不高、老师教学态度不仔细、学校管理混乱等问题；社会上存在对高校学生的卑视和偏见，很多雇主更倾向于招收海归或名校毕业生，给普通高校学生就业造成不公平的竞争；另外，高校学生本身也存在缺乏教育自主权、权利意识淡薄等问题。因此，进一步完善高校学生受教育权的法律保障具有十分重要的现实意义和理论意义。本讨论拟就高校学生的受教育权问题进行探究，并提出相应的对策建议，旨在推动教育公平与...
