年度天然气输配工程冬季施工方案目录一、编制原则及依据·········································1二、施工部署···············································1三、施工技术措施··········································21、土方开挖··············································22、管材拉运及下沟········································23、钢管焊接安装··········································24、管线防腐补口、补伤····································45、PE管焊接施工技术措施································46、管道吹扫、试压········································57、土方回填··············································58、阀井砌筑··············································59、其他措施··············································7四、冬季施工安全管理保证措施·······························8五、消防保证措施···········································10一、编制原则及依据(1)编制原则:1、依据施工合同要求,确保施工工期、质量、安全等满足业主要求的原则。2、优化施工组织方案、施工工艺和施工方法,确保工程质量达到合同及国家验收规范要求的原则。(2)编制依据:1、工程承包施工合同;2、施工图纸;3、《建筑工程冬季施工规范》JGJ104-20114、《城镇燃气设计规范》GB50028-20065、《城镇燃气技术规范》GB50494-20096、城镇燃气室内工程施工质量验收规范CJJ94-20097、《城镇燃气输配工程施工及验收规范》CJJ33-20058、《现场设备、工业管道焊接工程施工及验收规范》GB50236-989、施工现场临时用电安全技术规范JGJ46-200510、《聚乙烯燃气管道工程技术规程》CJJ63-200811、《燃气用聚乙烯管道焊接技术规则》TSGD2002-2006二、施工部署1、冬季施工计划安排依据《建筑工程冬季施工规范(JGJ104-2011)》规定,室外日平均气温连续五天稳定低于5℃进入冬期施工,或当日最低气温低于0℃时,采取冬季施工措施防止建筑工程遭受冻害;室外日平均气温连续五天高于5℃解除冬季施工。2、根据乌鲁木齐市米东区气象条件及现场实际情况,为保证冬季施工的安全与质量,本工程项目的冬季施工期安排在11月中旬至来年3月底,具体实施时间根据天气状况进行适当的调整。3、按照工程施工总进度计划的安排,2017-2018年度冬季施工期间,现场主要进行的施工内容有:管沟开挖、管材拉运、布管、管道焊接、管道安装、管道防腐、补伤、补口、管道吹扫试压、管沟回填、阀井砌筑。三、施工技术措施1、土方开挖:在条件允许的情况下,尽量在没有冻土情况下将沟挖完,冻土随着时间的推移和温度的降低越来越厚,本着先开挖阴面后开挖阳面、先开挖冻层浅的后开挖冻层深的原则,地下无障碍物的尽量使用机械,地下有管线、电缆等要做出明确的标注,无论机械、人工开挖,挖方都要高度注意成品保护。开挖土方一定要按着标准一次挖到宽度和深度,沟底要平整,避免发生二次刨冻土,开挖土方要一侧堆放,暖土和冻土分开,便于回填。2、管材拉运及下沟:防腐管材和钢骨架塑料复合管在零下温度时特别脆弱,严重影响工程质量,因此装卸和拉运要高度重视,加强责任心。进行吊装作业时,对吊车站位的地面情况进行认真检查确认,严禁吊车腿搭在冻土层上作业,起吊前检查被吊物是否与地面冻结,如冻结,必须进行适当处理,严禁强拉硬吊,...
