佛山市顺德区乐从医院经营策略探讨广州中医药大学 经济与管理学院 2024 级公共事业管理专业 辛智权【摘要】 佛山市顺德区乐从医院是一甲医院。在医疗市场的剧烈竞争中，该医院面对周边地区竞争对手的威胁，又存在管理理念落后、医院文化缺失等问题，为了今后的生存与开展，该医院开展战略管理的探讨已成为迫在眉睫的课题。本文首先通过对乐从医院进行SWOT 分析，进而运用医院战略管理的相关理论探讨乐从医院的战略管理。【关键词】乐从医院 经营策略 竞争 【 Abstract 】 Lecong hospital of Shunde in Fosan city is a first-class hospital. Faced with increasingly fierce competition in the medical market and the threaten of surrounding competitors ， to the future survival and development, Lecong Hospital with management philosophy behind and the lack of hospital culture is necessary to the strategic management of the hospital for analysis. in this article ， the author used "SWOT" analysis of Lecong Hospital. Then，in this paper, the author will use the strategic management of the hospital theory to explore the strategic management of Lecong Hospital.【Key words】Lecong Hospital Survey Strategic management Analysis佛山市顺德区乐从医院是一级甲等医院。自中国参加 WTO，医疗效劳市场的竞争愈来愈剧烈，医疗效劳市场也逐渐开放，各种资本不断向医疗效劳行业渗透。在这样的环境下，笔者有幸在乐从医院实习的一个月里，发现该医院面对周边地区竞争对手的威胁，例如市第一人民医院、佛山市中医院，又存在管理理念落后、医院文化缺失等问题。面对种种的变化，为了今后的生存与开展医院应作出相应改革，抓住机遇，发挥医院自身优势，对医院实施战略管理，努力抢占当地医疗市场的制高点才是长久之策。因此开展对乐从医院战略管理的探讨已成为该医院迫在眉睫的课题，否那么将会导致市场逐渐萎缩，病源流失殆尽，这也绝非是危言耸听。一、佛山市顺德区乐从医院的经营管理状况〔一〕佛山市顺德区乐从医院的根本情况乐从医院历史悠久，始创于 1931 年，初名“同仁善堂〞，日寇侵华时遭到严重破坏。新中国成立以后，党和政府关怀人民群众的健康事业，广泛发动群众，在海外华侨、港澳...
