民营企业管理模式的讨论内容提要长期以来,民营企业该实行何种管理模式一直困扰着人们。理论界对众多民营企业所实行的家长式管理模式的看法莫衷一是,歧见主要在于对这种管理模式的合理性及其管理效率有不同的看法。有人对家长式管理持充分肯定的态度,认为该模式易于管理,运行费用低,能够使民营企业迅速开展;也有人对家长式管理持全盘否认的态度,主张民营企业进行公司化改造,尽快突破家长式管理,建立现代企业管理模式。本文简单地表达了民营企业的现状,通过对民营企业管理模式的分析,在探讨家长式管理的适用性后,认为民营企业管理模式的采纳与企业规模有关,在企业规模较小时,实行家长式管理模式有利于民营企业的开展;在企业规模开展到一定程度后,必须采纳与它相适应的新型管理模式。既肯定了家长式管理在特定条件下存在的积极意义,又注意分析其消极的一面,并在其适用条件下对其消极方面进行标准,最后对现代型管理模式提出了一些初步的改建。关键词:民营企业 家长式管理模式 现代型管理模式 适用阶段分析 AbstractFor a long time, what managerial model the private business should adapt to always perplexes people. The theories field is in disagreement to the family-style managerial model, which most private corporations adapt to. The disagreement primarily focuses on the reasonability of the managerial model and the managerial efficiency. Someone maintain affirmative attitude towards the family-type management, thinking the model is easy to manage, the running expense is low and can enable the private corporation develop quickly. But there are some other people- holding completely negative evaluation to it, laying claim that the family-type management should run the reform of being transformed into corporation.
