建筑工程毕业设计摘要

保定市城乡建筑设计院办公楼设计学生：石磊 指导老师：宗兰（南京工程学院建筑工程学院，江苏 南京， 211167）摘要：本工程是保定市城乡建筑设计院办公楼设计，共 4 层，第一层层高 3。6 米、其余层层高 3.3 米，总高 15.00 米，为钢筋混凝土框架结构。本框架抗震等级为三级，抗震设防烈度为 7 度。本说明书包括如下部分：1．工程概况；2。荷载计算;3.框架结构的受力分析、计算和设计；4。屋盖、楼盖设计;5.楼梯设计；6 基础设计.本设计包括建筑设计和结构设计，完成 6 张建筑施工图和 6 张结构施工图。结构设计主要对⑦轴横向框架进行了抗震设计：根据结构设计方案，采纳底部剪力法求水平地震荷载作用大小，用 D 值法计算水平荷载作用下框架结构的内力、用弯矩二次分配法计算竖向荷载作用下的结构内力，根据内力组合找出最不利内力，对框架梁、柱进行配筋计算并绘图。此外，还进行了结构侧移验算、标准层楼盖及屋盖设计、楼梯设计和基础设计.关键词： 框架结构 结构设计 抗震设计 The design of office building of urban and rural Construction and Design Institute in baoding 。 Abstract:This project is to design the office building of urban and rural construction and Design Institute in Baoding, four storeys, the highth of the first layers is 3 。6 meters, 3。3 meters is the highth of remaining layers, 15。00 meters is the total highth of the frame structure of reinforced concrete。 The counter of earthquake is the third grades， seismic fortification intensity of 7 degrees.
