对我国禁枪令的浅析摘要：枪支管理对一个国家的国家安全、政治稳定以及人民生产生活的保障都具有十分重要的意义。美国频发的枪击案给美国社会带来了极大恐慌，也让人民意识到枪支管理的重要性。美国早期受到英国殖民者的影响，一直都坚持控枪而不禁枪。我国自古以来就没有持有武器的传统，因此我国对枪支管理实行“禁枪”原则。比较美国和我国对于枪支管理的不同之处，突显出我国实行“禁枪令”的优势。关键词：控枪；禁枪；完善枪支管理；美国枪支管理An analysis of the ban on guns in ChinaAbstract: Gun management is of great significance to the national security, political stability and the guarantee of people's productive life.
