题 目： 单粒精播播种机的覆土镇压装置设计 摘 要本设计按照现有的单粒精播播种机加以改进设计，主要用于小田作业，目的是在玉米、大豆等作物精量播种施肥的同时，进行覆土和镇压土壤。单粒精播播种机覆土镇压装置的设计主要包括机架、仿形机构、覆土机构、镇压机构、以及整体的安装。本文主要包括覆土镇压机构的覆土盘、仿形机构、镇压轮和整机装配的设计整机主要保证对种种子进行覆土，再压实土壤，同时加以仿形机构，改善镇压效果。整机的装配保证各机构位置之间合理，结构紧凑，行距可调且机构间不会发生干涉，从而提高播种机的工作性能。关键词：单粒精播；播种机；镇压装置AbstractIThe design is improved according to the existing single-grain precision seeder. It is mainly used for field operation. The purpose is to cover and suppress the soil while precision sowing and fertilizing corn, soybean and other crops. The design of the pressure-increasing device for covering soil of single-grain precision seeder mainly includes frame, copying mechanism, covering mechanism, pressing mechanism and overall installation.This paper mainly includes the design of covering plate, copying mechanism, pressing wheel and assembly of the whole machine. The whole machine mainly guarantees to cover seeds, compact the soil, and imitate the mechanism to improve the compression effect.
