学大连地区电子政务发展研究摘 要 随着我国经济体制从计划经济向市场经济过渡，由经济建设型政府向公共服务型政府转变逐渐成为现代市场经济条件下政府改革的新方向，这就要求政府部门在加强经济调节和市场监管的同时，要更加注重履行社会管理和公共服务的职能，大力推进电子政务无疑是实现这一目的的一种具体而有效的手段和方式。我国电子政务起源于 20 世纪 80 年代初，经过 30 年的发展，取得了一定的成就。文章以大连地区为例，深入分析目前大连地区电子政务发展的现状与问题，力图找到实现大连地区电子政务健康快速发展的途径。关键词：电子政务，大连地区，发展研究Dalian regional e-government development researchAuthor：Tutor：ABSTRACT along with our country economic system from planned economy to market economy transition, the economic construction government to public service government has gradually become the government below condition of modern market economy reform, which requires the government to strengthen the economic regulation and market supervision at the same time, we should pay more attention to social management and public service functions, and vigorously promote e-government is to achieve this goal is a specific and effective means and methods.
