紫外光引发丙烯酸酯类单体制备压敏胶粘剂摘要:压敏胶是一类在生活中应用十分广泛的高分子材料,相较于其他类型压敏胶品种而言,丙烯酸酯类压敏胶成分简单,耐候性优良,毒性较小。随着社会对环境保护的日益重视,环保型压敏胶的发展成为必然之势。UV 本体聚合具有反应速率快、反应程度可控和节能环保等特点。本文对压敏胶的宏观性能进行了总结并分析了其影响因素,解释了紫外光引发和固化的机理,对压敏胶的发展现状及趋势进行了总结。根据相关文献及资料对紫外光引发丙烯酸酯类单体制备压敏胶进行了实验方案及性能的设计,并对实验变量和压敏性能结果的影响趋势做了推测和分析。关键词: 紫外光;丙烯酸酯;压敏胶毕业设计(论文)外文摘要Title Preparation of UV-initiated Acrylic Pressure-Sensitive Adhesives AbstractPressure-sensitive adhesive is a type of polymer materials that has been widely used in daily life. Compared with other types of pressure-sensitive adhesives, acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives have the characteristics of simple components, excellent weather resistance, and low toxicity. As the society pays more and more attention to environmental protection, the development of environmentally-friendly pressure-sensitive adhesives has become an inevitable trend. UV initiation polymerization has the characteristics of fast reaction rate, controllable reaction degree, energy saving and environmental protection. This article summarized the adhesive properties of pressure-sensitive adhesives and analyzed their influencing factors, analyzed the mechanism of UV light initiation and curing process, and might be the development status and trends of pressure-sensitive adhesives.
