The purpose of this study is to explore the differences between Chinese and American basketball culture and the reasons, to find the root causes of the formation of their respective basketball ideas and value orientations and their impact on the development of basketball, and to analyze the role of cultural concepts and values in improving basketball style, characteristics and performance and how to improve the quality of basketball talents.
