北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计中型商用车变速器结构设计中型商用车变速器结构设计摘 要变速器作为支撑汽车动力系统不可或缺的部分,它能做到改变曲轴的转矩和转速进而令汽车正常行驶。而本文是庆铃五十铃 FTR 中型商用车变速器的结构设计,首先是针对国内外汽车的发展现状进行分析,接着对汽车变速器的发展过程以及国内现在的市场趋势进行分析;紧接着对相对应车型零件的结构进行初步的选择;最后对变速器的各个部件的设计部分进行详细的论述本次设计中,本次设计中,决定使用 6 挡中间轴变速器,主要对挡位和传动比还有中心距的计算以及轴向尺寸的初选;然后是对齿轮参数的设计计算与强度校核;接下来就是轴的设计、然后选择轴承并校核其强度与刚度;最后再选择兼设计同步器和挑选操纵机构。本设计选择运用 AUTO CAD 制图软件完成汽车变速器的装配图以及其主要零件图的绘制。关键词:变速器;传动比;变速器齿轮;同步器北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Transmission structure design of medium commercial vehicleAbstractAs an indispensable part of supporting automobile power system, transmission can change the torque and speed of crankshaft to make the automobile run normally.
