直进轮式管道疏通结构及系统设计摘 要城市排水管道对于城市的整体建设来讲是重要的组成部分,为城市的健康发展奠定了良好的基础。保持排水管道的通畅与完好,确保城市功能运作的稳定,是城市管理的基本要求。小直径分支管道数量相对较多,同时与污染源直接相关,极易出现堵塞。现阶段,主要通过人工清洗的形式降低阻塞风险,工作环境非常恶劣。自动化技术是当今科学技术发展最快的方向之一,也是未来制造业的发展方向。根据管道疏浚装置的结构和分类,设计开发了排水管道疏浚淤泥机械装置,为进一步的野外试验和工业化打下了良好的基础。 关键词:管道疏通 结构 系统 设计 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT IDrainage Structure and System Design of Direct Wheel PipelineAbstractUrban drainage pipelines play an important role in the process of urban construction and development. Maintaining unobstructed and intact is the basic requirement of urban function. For a large number of small diameter branch pipelines, which are connected with tens of millions of pollution sources, it is often the easiest to block. At present, in many cases, pipeline maintenance personnel are required to go down to the well for manual cleaning, and the working environment is very bad. Automation technology is one of the fastest developing directions of science and technology at present, and also the development direction of manufacturing industry in the future.
