新时代珠三角地区中小企业招聘现状与对策研究内 容 摘 要早在 2006 年,珠三角地区的中小企业出现不同程度的用工荒,找不到合适的员工成为大多数企业的问题。新时代的到来,珠三角中小企业开始进行产业转变升级,但是由于人才需求量大,基础不稳定,中小企业在市场上难以与大企业进行人才竞争。中小企业不仅是国家经济社会发展的不可缺少的力量,也是扩大就业、提高人民生活水平、促进企业家精神和创新的重要力量。他们在稳定增长、促进改革、调整结构、惠及人民生活、抵御风险方面发挥重要作用。本文在招聘和人力资源管理的基础理论上,选取了中山益达服装有限公司、广州一分文化传媒有限公司、广州天之湘装饰材料有限公司三个不同类型的中小企业为研究对象进行调查分析。通过问卷调查得出造成“招聘难”,“难招聘”的问题,并根据所得出的问题提出针对的建议,为珠三角中小企业的招聘现状提供有参考性的建议。关键词:人力资源;中小企业;珠三角;招聘;人才IResearch on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of SME Recruitment in the Pearl River Delta in the New EraAbstractAs early as 2006, small and medium-sized enterprises in the Pearl River Delta region experienced varying degrees of labor shortage, and finding suitable employees became a problem for most enterprises.
