西藏灵芝的质量检测及其鉴别研究目 录西藏灵芝的质量检测及其鉴别研究摘要: 目的 目前对西藏灵芝的研究大部分集中于西藏灵芝的生长环境和栽培条件，对于西藏灵芝有效成分中的多糖成分的提取和检测研究很少，对西藏灵芝整体的质量标准检测方面的研究几乎没有。通过对西藏灵芝进行整体的质量检测，薄层鉴别和显微鉴别，进而为西藏灵芝质量检测和鉴别提供有效的科学依据。方法 参考《中国药典》2015 年版四部的检查通则方法，对西藏灵芝进行显微鉴别、薄层色谱、水分、总灰分、水溶性浸出物、有效成分中的多糖成分、三萜和甾醇成分检测并记录一系列数据。结果 确定了西藏灵芝药材菌丝和孢子的显微特征，薄层色谱，测出西藏灵芝药材中的水分、灰分、水溶性浸出物、有效成分多糖、三萜和甾醇的实验数据并归纳参数范围。结论 通过西藏灵芝进行质量检测，显微鉴别，薄层色谱鉴别，为该药的质量标准提供科学依据。关键词：西藏灵芝；质量检测；薄层色谱鉴别IStudy on Quality Inspection and Identification of Ganoderma tibetanumAbstract: Objective Study of Ganoderma tibetanum at present is mainly focused on the research of its growth environment and cultivation conditions of Ganoderma tibetanum. At the same time,there is little research on its extraction and detection of polysaccharides from the active ingredients of Ganoderma tibetanum,while the study on the quality standard of Ganoderma tibetanum was almost none.
