中 文 摘 要物流是一个电子商务企业的发展下越来越重要,随在物流的快速下,物流的速度越来越重要,对于唯品会来说也是如此,因此,唯品会通过以外包物流这样的模式对其物流进行了发展,在诸多的优势之下也产生了许许多多的风险,本文通过对于唯品会的外包物流的优势与风险进行概述,提出相应的解决方法,然后对唯品会外包物流所面临的风险进行解释,从物流服务供应商不能履行的风险，失去业务的风险控制，企业机密泄露的风险，换位管理成本上升的风险，对客户的服务质量的风险降低，这几个方面来进行分析,最后提出自己对于网购风险的规避建议。 关键词：外包物流 物流优势 安全隐患 隐患排除 毕 业 论 文 外 文 摘 要 Title Research on Advantages and Risks of Internal logistics in vip shop Abstract Logistics is becoming more and more important under the development of E-business company. In this paper, through the analysis of commodity oriented outsourcing logistics. Advantages and risks are summarized, corresponding solutions are put forward, and then the risks faced by goods-only outsourcing logistics are explained. The risks of logistics service providers failure to perform contracts, loss of business control risk, enterprise confidential leakage risk, increased risk of transposition management cost and reduced risk of customer service quality are analyzed.
