维西县则那社失地农民权益保障中的政府职能研究

I摘要随着我国城镇化进程的快速推进，越来越大的农业用地被征收，变为建设用地随之而来的就是失地农民问题，失地农民的权益问题没有从根本上得到保证，生活困难。所以，我们应当对失地农民的基本生活保障问题进行重视，政府应该及时健全社会保障机制，推动失地农民再就业，保障其基本权利。这就要求政府部门积极履行其基本职能，在解决失地农民问题时充分发挥政府职能，推动失地农民的问题得到解决。关键词：失地农民；可持续生计；社会保障AbstractWith the rapid progress of urbanization in our country, more and more agricultural land has been expropriated and turned into construction land. Then comes the problem of landless peasants, whose rights and interests are not fundamentally guaranteed and IItheir lives are difficult. Therefore, we should attach importance to the basic livelihood security of landless peasants. The government should improve the social security mechanism in time, promote the re-employment of landless peasants and guarantee their basic rights.
