小学数学学科后进生的成因及解决策略- 以小学低年级为例 摘要 后进生的教育问题从古至今一直是教育中的一大难题,不管什么时代的老师都要面对后进生这一问题。特别是小学低年级的数学学科,为了学生以后的发展我们必须在低年级就着手考虑解决小学数学学科后进生的问题。通过查找并研读相关文献以及问卷和访谈的调查分析等,对小学数学低年级后进生问题进行了研究。通过调查,发现了教师在实际中虽然也很重视班级里后进生的学习和家庭情况以及学习困难等问题,但也存在着部分老师不能考虑到学生的自身情况或者忽略了学校和社会环境以及教师自身的教学方式可能存在问题等问题。在进行成因分析后,有针对的提出教师要考虑学生的自身情况、努力缓和有矛盾家庭的氛围、改变教师自身的错误教学方式等策略。关键词 后进生 小学低年级 小学数学学科The causes and solutions of the Underachievers in Mathematics in primary school-Take the lower grade as an exampleAbstract The problem of underachievers has always been a big problem in education.No matter what era, teachers will encounter underachievers.Especially in the lower grade of primary school, in order to develop the students in the future, we must start to consider solving the problem of the Underachievers in primary school mathematicsThrough searching and studying the related literature, questionnaire and interview, this paper studies the problems of junior mathematics students in primary schools.
