本科论文摘 要多年来，我国高校志愿服务在具备较完善志愿服务体系的同时，还有着各种各样有待解决的问题，例如志愿服务组织机制不健全、活动形式单一、活动经费不足、志愿服务环境有待改善等等，特别是对高校志愿服务发展机制创新路径的思考较少。针对这一现象，本文从我国高校志愿服务机制的发展现状与存在问题出发，了解归纳总结我国高校志愿服务组织运行机制的发展现状、存在问题以及未来规划。研究结果表明，志愿者的培训制度，激励制度，保障制度以及志愿服务内容及形式等都有改进的余地，可以以此来打造专业化、品牌化的项目等方式促进高校志愿服务机制的发展。关键字：高校，志愿服务，机制，创新路径本科论文AbstractFor many years, volunteering in our country's universities and colleges has had a relatively perfect voluntary system, and at the same time there are a number of issues that need to be addressed, such as the voluntary service organization mechanism is not perfect, the unique form of activities, the lack of funds for activities, the environment for improving voluntary service.
