中文摘要我国天使投资运作模式的优化研究 ——以创新工场为例摘要：天使投资，是一种权益资本投资，是指富有的个人或非正式风险投资机构出资协助具有专门技术或独特概念的原创项目或小型初创企业，进行一次性的前期投资，是风险投资的一种特殊形式，是对于高风险、高收益的初创企业的第一笔投资。随着国家创业政策的颁布，我国的创业者们正在迎来属于自己的“黄金时代”，天使投资将会是中国创新升级的新看点。本文通过比较分析方法、图表分析方法及案例分析法三者相结合的方式对我国的天使投资运作模式做了研究分析。并通过对国外发达国家中较普遍的天使投资运作模式及国内知名天使投资机构“创新工场”的运作模式进行分析研究，试图找到可借鉴的成功的天使投资运作模式经验，并为我国天使投资的运作模式的优化发展提出一些建议。关键词：天使投资 初创企业 风险毕业论文外文摘要Title Research on the Development of Angel Investment in China——Take "Innovation Works" as an exampleAbstractAngel investment is a kind of equity capital investment, which refers to the investment of rich individuals or informal venture capital institutions to assist original projects or small start-ups with special technology or unique concepts to make one-time pre-investment.
